Cody Bearden assaults bouncers, uses racial slurs at Kid Rock's bar in downtown Nashville
32-year-old Cody Bearden was with a friend at Kid Rock’s Bar in downtown Nashville late Friday night when his friend fell. Security advised Bearden to take his friend outside of the bar due to his level of intoxication. Bearden, who was visiting from Illinois, then assaulted two bouncers when they a Cody Bearden, 32-year-old man from Illinois, was charged with disorderly conduct after assaulting bouncers at Kid Rock's Bar in downtown Nashville. Bearden was with a friend at the bar when his friend fell and was advised to leave him outside due to his intoxication. He then assaulted two bouncers when they attempted to remove him from the bar and used racial slurs towards them. He was taken into custody and booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on October 20. His bond was set at $1,000 and the Davidson County Sheriff's Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.

Cody Aaron Bearden of S. Main Street in Smithton, IL, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on October 20, charged with disorderly conduct. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
